Shipping Policy

How will my order be shipped? allows customers the option to choose UPS or the United States Post Office to get your orders safely and quickly from our house to yours. We will also ship items via Fedex for those customers who request this service (call toll-free to request this service). We feel that giving you these options allows you to get your purchase as quick as possible for the least expensive rates available, and can accommodate special needs (such as P.O. Boxes, APO's/FPO's, U.S. provinces, etc.).
  • International shipments & shipments to P.O. Boxes, APOs/FPOs and U.S. Provinces must choose USPS.
What happens after I place my order?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number (UPS) or your delivery confirmation number (USPS), as well as a link to the respective site to see where in transit your package is. Please be sure to add [email protected] to any spam blocking software to ensure that all communications from us are received in a timely manner. We promise to never spam or send any more emails than we have to. Orders received after 12:00 noon EST will ship the following business day.

Situations may arise (high demand, manufacturer delays, etc...) causing items to be out of stock. If the wait time is expected to be excessive (more than 1 week), a member of our customer service team will contact you and make you aware of the delay. You may cancel any order that hasn't shipped yet at any time.

If you place an order for multiple items and part of that order is not in stock or expected in stock within 1 week, it may be best for us to ship what we have and backorder the rest. You will be notified of the delay, and given an anticipated date of arrival for the backordered item(s). You may cancel any part of your order that hasn't shipped yet at any time.

Can I place an order from Outside the U.S.? is happy to accommodate orders from outside of the United States. These orders will ship through the U.S. Post Office Priority Mail International Mail System, and typically take between 6-10 business days to reach most locations.

Important things to consider when placing an international order:
  • Some international orders are subject to fees when entering your country, including but not limited to taxes, duties and brokers fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your country's customs office for further information before placing an order.

  • We can not accept returns on any orders leaving the United States (for the same reasons listed above).
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?

It is our policy to ensure all items are carefully inspected and leave us in a safe, secure package. However, if you receive an item that is defective or damaged in any way, please contact us at 1-516-694-1160, M-F, 11am - 4pm EST within 5 days of receiving your order. We will immediately issue a return shipping label and once the damaged/defective item is received, we will ship a replacement out to you.
