Platonic Epistemology
2. The question of what poesis is was an important one for Heiddeger (e.g. "Die Frage nach der Technik"). Heiddeger offered the process of "enframing," wherein with the employment of each different interpretive frame, a different facet of the being of the world is revealed. This doesn't seem to be Plato's point; through the loving activity, through poesis, "the good" itself is revealed to the lover directly and completely, and then manifested in the physical world through the process of interpretation. I shall expand upon this point below.
