A Zafu is a round meditation cushion designed to provide support and raise the hips making all seated, cross-legged meditation poses much more comfortable and stable. Our premium quality Zafus are 14" in diamter and 7" high, just perfect for either short-term or prolonged meditation sessions. The heavy cotton duck cover has a convenient carrying handle and is filled with your choice of either Buckwheat Hulls or Kapok (see description to the left).
Zafus are sometimes used along with a Zabuton which is a rectangular cushion placed under the Zafu for added comfort and support.
Zafus are available in the following colors: Black, Navy Blue, Forest Green, Purple and Burgundy.
