A Zabuton is a traditional Japanese cushion that is often used beneath a Zafu or most other meditation seats to cushion the knees, feet and ankles. They also help to insulate the body from cold surfaces. Our Zabutons measure 36" by 24" and are filled with 2.5" of cotton batting. They are covered with a durable cotton duck fabric and are available in three colors: Black, Navy Blue & Burgundy. This design is tufted directly through its permanent outer cover.
