The oval shape of this bolster provides a flat surface for stability with curved sides for comfort, offering maximum firmness. The standard bolster is featured on many of the DVDs that we offer. Our bolsters have removable, zippered covers made of 10oz Cotton Twill, which is heavier and more durable than most of the regular cotton bolsters on the market. Rectangular (Standard)This bolster gives maximum firmness. Its oval shape provides a flat surface for stability with curved sides for comfort. Our standard bolster is used in Yoga Journal's "Yoga Practice Series" videos and Colette Crawford's "Prenatal Yoga" video.
