What does Santosha.com's 100% Guarantee mean?
 At Santosha.com, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund on anything you are not completely satisfied with, minus a 12% restocking fee. After 30 days, a credit in the form of a Gift Certificate will be issued for the full amount of the item(s), minus a 12% restocking fee. Shipping charges, however, are not refundable, and all items are subject to inspection/approval prior to credit.
Our Refunds & Exchanges Policy
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus a 12% restocking fee) on anything you are not completely satisfied with. After 30 days, Store Credit will be issued for the full amount of the item(s), minus a 12% restocking fee. Shipping charges, however, are not refundable, and all items are subject to inspection/approval prior to credit.
Items that arrive damaged must be reported to us within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Before shipping any item to us for a refund or exchange you must contact us to obtain a RMA number. We can be contacted toll-free at 1-888-288-9642 or via email at info@santosha.com . A copy of the invoice must accompany the returned item(s) and the RMA number must be clearly marked on the box.
Unfortunately, we can not accept returns on any items that are shipped outside of the United States.
Please return all items to us at the address below with a copy of your invoice, and be sure to label your package "Customer Returns" along with the RMA # to ensure your account is credited properly.

Once we have received and processed the returned item(s), we will notify you via email of your refund. In most cases, we will issue a refund in the same form of payment used for your original order.

"If you are not completely satisfied with your Now & Zen product you may return it within thirty (30) days of receipt for a full refund less shipping and handling. Product must be in its original condition, with original packing materials, double-boxed (with ample filler) and shipped freight prepaid. Please include proof of purchase and reason for return. A Return Authorization Number must accompany all returns. "
LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY
The manufacturer (Now & Zen) warrants all against any manufacturer defects which are due to faulty materials or workmanship for a one-year period after the original date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. This warranty does not include damage to the product resulting from accident or misuse.
If the product should become defective within the warranty period, The manufacturer (Now & Zen) will repair or elect to replace free of charge, including free return shipping and handling (UPS Ground), provided the product under warranty is delivered prepaid to: Now & Zen at 1638 Pearl St., Boulder, CO 80302, USA.
