What does Santosha.com's 100% Guarantee mean?

At Santosha.com, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund on anything you are not completely satisfied with, minus a 12% restocking fee. No returns or exchanges will be granted after 30 days. Shipping charges, however, are not refundable, and all items are subject to inspection/approval prior to credit.

Items that arrive damaged must be reported to us within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Before shipping any item to us for a refund or exchange you must contact us to obtain a RMA number. We can be contacted toll-free at 1-888-288-9642 or via email at info@santosha.com . A copy of the invoice must accompany the returned item(s) and the RMA number must be clearly marked on the box.

Unfortunately, we can not accept returns on any items that are shipped outside of the United States.

Please return all items to us at the address below with a copy of your invoice, and be sure to label your package "Customer Returns" along with the RMA # to ensure your account is credited properly.

Once we have received and processed the returned item(s), we will notify you via email of your refund. In most cases, we will issue a refund in the same form of payment used for your original order.
