The clearly described yoga is demonstrated by pregnant women and is easy to follow if you are new to yoga. The presenters are Eryl Holt from the BBC’s Fast Show, and Marion Symes who was a midwife for 12 years and now teaches yoga and birth preparation. Both are qualified yoga teachers and therapists who studied under pregnancy expert, Francoise Barbira Freedman.
